What I do.

01 / Three pillars
Construction & Remodeling

Built right. By the person who said they would.

Kitchens, bathrooms, decks, outbuildings, sheds, and finish work. Owner-operated from first conversation to last nail.

Pest Control

Licensed IPM tick control. Mosquito control coming soon.

Targeted treatment — not blanket spraying. Property assessments, habitat modification, and results you can measure.

Property Improvement

The right equipment. The person who owns it.

Tractor work, excavator, brush clearing, drainage, driveways, hauling — the full range of land and property work for rural acreage owners.

You’re dealing with the person doing the work.

From the first call through the finished job, you work directly with one person. No subcontractors, no crew you’ve never met. I show up with the right equipment, when I said I would.

Based in Anderson, Missouri. Working across McDonald, Newton, and Barry counties — and parts of Benton County, Arkansas. Further for bigger jobs.

Straight numbers.
You’ll know where every dollar goes.

A lot of work around here gets priced and performed to benefit the contractor first — no line items in the quote, materials billed above what the yard charged, and a finished job that’s not quite what you asked for. In my view, that’s backward. I work for you, with courtesy and respect.

01 / Materials

What I paid, you pay.

If the lumber yard charged $800, the invoice says $800. I don’t build a margin into materials. Every line item is what it cost at the counter — you’re welcome to verify it.

02 / Format

Time & materials or a fixed quote — your call.

T&M gives you full visibility: every receipt, every hour, laid out as we go. A fixed quote locks the number before we start. Either way, you get an itemized estimate in writing before anyone picks up a tool.

03 / Scope

The job you described. Not a different one.

I build what you asked for — not a simpler version that’s easier for me, not a layout I substituted because it suited me better. If something has to change mid-job, we talk before it happens.

How it works.

Step 01

Call or text.

Tell me what you need done and roughly where you are. Photos help a lot. I’ll ballpark it right on the call if I can.

Step 02

Walk the job.

For habitat work, land management, or anything bigger than a single task, I’ll come out, look at it with you, and give you a real plan and number in writing. No charge, no pressure.

Step 03

Get it done.

We pick a date. I show up with the right equipment. I clean up after. Work done right by someone you can call back.

Tell me how I can help.

Fastest way is a phone call or text — I’ll usually answer, and if I can’t I’ll call back the same day. If you’d rather type it out, the form works too and it’ll land in my inbox.
